The ASICS GEL-CUMULUS 14 Running Shoes feature the Impact Guidance System which utilises linked componentry that enhances the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. A rearfoot and forefoot GEL cushioning system attentuates shock during impact and toe-off phases, and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. A full length guidance line consists of a vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency. A personal heel fit system that utilises a special type of foam that will mould to the contours of your feet for a superb fit. A trusstic system comprises of a plastic bridge under the arch of the foot which provides strength and stability without the loss of flexibility. A double density Solyte midsole runs the full length of the shoes and features a lower density top layer for improved cushioning and comfort. A ComforDRY Sockliner provides further cushioning performance and helps to reduce odour with its anti-microbial treatment. The Cumulus utilise the AHAR+ high abrasion rubber for a durable and grippy sole underfoot which will prove particularly useful on heavy contact areas of the shoe.
